Je ne sais pas si c’est comme ça pour vous aussi, mais il m’arrive souvent de laisser passer beaucoup de temps entre le moment où j’achète un vêtement et le moment où je le porte pour la première fois…Il y a de multiples raisons à ça (eh oui, j’ai fait mon analyse!) : le côté pratique d’abord, car non je ne me pavanerais pas en micro T-shirt alors qu’on est en plein hiver (mais si je ne l’achète pas maintenant, il n’y en aura pluus). Et puis un coté plus psychologique, je n’ose pas forcément porter le vêtement tout de suite car il me faut un peu de temps pour me l’approprier, pour me persuader qu’il fait vraiment partie de ma garde-robe, et pas du magasin d’où il vient…Enfin bref, tout ça pour dire que c’est le cas de cette chemise, achetée il y a quelques mois, et que je n’avais pas encore réussi à mettre. Son côté « petite maison dans la prairie/peintre/torchon de cuisine » m’avait interpellée sur le coup, mais bizarrement, elle était restée dans mon placard. Le test du premier jour s’est bien déroulé finalement, et je peux donc officiellement dire que je l’ai adoptée ! Pfff que de questions existentielles pour un bout de tissu !

I don’t know if that’s the same for you, but there’s often a lot of time between the moment I buy a piece of clothe nd when I wear it for the first time … There are multiple reasons for that (yes, I did my analysis!):  first, the practical side, because no I won’t wear that micro T Shirt in winter (but if I don’t buy it now, there won’t be anymore leeeft). And then a more emotional side, I do not necessarily wear the clothing immediately because I need a little time for me appropriate it,  to persuade myself it is really part of my wardrobe, and not of the store where it comes from … Anyway, all that to say this is the case with this shirt, bought a few months ago, and never worn. Its « Little House on the Prairie / painter / kitchen towel » style had seduced me, but strangely, it remained in my closet. The first day of testing went well eventually so I can officially say that I’ve adopted it !Pfff so many  existential questions for a piece of fabric!

Or how to play Batman with a t XL wool cardigan! Seriously, that kind of cardigan is still a good alternative to the coat, and it is equally warm. I was looking for this for a while, until I found it available in several colors (as a result, I also adopted  it in white). In short, perfect for me except for one thing … No pockets! But we can not have everything in life huh?
